The Galaxy S23 Ultra’s cameras are indeed outstanding, but it appears that the S24 Ultra may outperform its predecessor. There wasn’t much of a difference between the S22 Ultra‘s camera array and the S23 Ultra’s camera array other from the latter’s 200MP sensor. A recent leak, however, reveals that the S24 Ultra will significantly improve camera performance.
The 3x and 10x telephoto lenses from the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be replaced by a single 3x to 10x variable folding telephoto lens, according to leaker @Tech_Reve in a post on Twitter. Even while the modification might appear little, it could have a significant impact on what the S24 Ultra can do with its camera array.
Currently, the S23 Ultra uses two lenses to achieve its remarkable camera zooms. The S24 Ultra, however, would merge the two lenses into a single foldable telephoto lens if the report is accurate.
