Exynos 2200 is expected to replace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Processor in the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE SoC

According to rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE was expected to debut this year. After releasing the Galaxy S23 earlier this year, the South Korean tech giant was expected to reveal the Galaxy S23 FE gadget. There are three models in the Galaxy S23 series: the base, pro, and ultra. There have been rumors that Samsung will forgo the Galaxy S23 Fan Edition gadget, just like it did with the Galaxy S22 FE, in the past. A recent source, however, indicates that the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will go on sale later this year.

Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone in the fourth quarter of this year, according to a SamMobile report. In contrast to the other Galaxy S23 versions, it is anticipated to be powered by a proprietary Exynos 2200 SoC rather than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

According to the rumor, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is anticipated to have a 50-megapixel primary lens. Additionally, it is rumored to have storage capacities of 128GB and 256GB, as well as RAM configurations of 6GB and 8GB. A 4,500 mAh battery with 25W fast charging capabilities is believed to be included in the Galaxy S23 FE, just like its predecessors, the Galaxy S21 FE and the Galaxy S20 FE. All of these specifics, however, are based on rumors and reports.

In order to reserve enough chips for the manufacturing of the Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile, the South Korean tech giant was had to forego the Galaxy S22 FE device. That was the year when the phone manufacturing sector struggled with an unexpected chip scarcity brought on by COVID-19’s aftereffects. Previous rumors suggested that Samsung would likely also omit the Galaxy S23 FE variant.
