We have some specifications for the OnePlus Ace 2V phone, which will likely be unveiled in China under the name Nord 3 if rumors are to be believed.
The Ace 2V is anticipated to debut in China before being unveiled globally as the Nord 3 later this year. Now, OnePlus is teasing some details about the device (s).
These details were provided by 91mobiles and a few OnePlus teaser posters. And they provide us with pretty much all the information we could ask for—aside from the official global launch date and price, that is.
Let’s examine those criteria in detail. The 6.74-inch 2K OLED display, which has a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,450 nits, serves as the introduction. The HDR10+ standard will also be supported.
Keeping to the outside of the phone, we may anticipate the recognizable alert slider, which while many phones theoretically ought to feature, startlingly few actually do. A power button and a hole-pinch selfie camera will also be there. The best opinion at the moment is that we’re looking at a 16-megapixel component, but interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be any confirmation of what that camera will be.
In terms of the phone’s internal components, depending on whether they select the 256GB or 512GB storage option, users can anticipate a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 CPU combined with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Fast LPDDR5X Memory will be used, while UFS 3.1 storage will be employed.
Although the cameras’ specifications were not disclosed in the posters, we already anticipate that a 50-megapixel primary camera will be paired with an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. A trio of back-facing 2-megapixel depth sensors will complete the set.
With that out of the way, OnePlus essentially only needs to announce this product at this point. It’s then time to watch for the official release of the Nord 3.
