Although the OnePlus 11 is a strong phone, the design isn’t particularly exciting. In response, the company has teased a model called the OnePlus 11 Concept that features a lot of LED lighting to refute that story. The “flowing back” includes a unibody glass construction, a ring around the camera module, and a meandering stream-style LED lighting pattern.
Using LED lights, OnePlus is taking a gaming PC-style approach to the design. With features like a 120Hz display, super quick 100W charging, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the OnePlus 11 is one of the best gaming phones available, so that makes sense.
Before to this, OnePlus produced special edition phones with Pac-Man and Star Wars themes. The translucent, light-up back of the Nothing Phone 1 is included into this, but it appears to be the first external LED lighting of its kind. Also, it takes some cues from the OnePlus 8T prototype, which featured a color-changing back.
The business claims that the illumination is there to “display the engineering advances of the OnePlus 11 Concept by highlighting the ice blue pipelines which run across the entire back of the phone, almost like OnePlus 11 Concept had its own network of blood arteries.”
It’s unclear whether the word “Concept” refers to a limited-edition phone that will be sold or a concept device that exists just once. If the latter, it would unquestionably set itself apart from other cellphones.
